Modular frag rack systems that grow from nano reef to coral farm.
Every AquaVoxel plug locks in with a quarter turn and comes out the same way: twist and lift. No glue, no prying, no knocking the frag next to it. Start with one plate and grow the rack at any corner.
Most racks are flat plastic slabs with holes drilled in them. They block light, choke flow and tip over. Other racks offer one or two of these advantages. AquaVoxel builds all four into one system, and it works with the plugs you already own.
A quarter turn locks each plug against current and clean-up crews, with no glue and no O-rings, so even light plastic plugs stay put in strong flow. Twist back and lift to move a frag without disturbing its neighbors. Clip off the locking ears and the plug fits any standard rack.

An open hexagonal lattice instead of a solid slab: fewer dead zones for detritus, current across every frag, and light that reaches the levels below. Link plates of the same size into racks of any size.

Pointed legs push down through sand or gravel instead of sitting on top of it, so plates stay level, and leave open channels for sand sifters. Legs from 25 to 85mm, plus Double F brackets, step plates up in tiers with no rack over the tier below.

N52 neodymium magnets sealed inside watertight PETG, with no rubber or epoxy coating to crack. Hang any plate on the glass and free up your sand bed.
Six plates on four footprints, from 19.05mm plugs on the Nano8 to 38.1mm plugs on the XL10. Every AquaVoxel plate has the same leg bosses, so one set of legs fits every size and levels any rack on sand or rubble. Plates join their own size, and the LG and XL each come in two versions on one footprint, so you can mix 25.4mm and 38.1mm plugs in a single array. Every size has a matching corner plate, and Double F brackets tier plates 20mm at a time.
Plates lock together at every shared corner into one rigid, level rack, up to 1,764 frags in a single 8 ft raceway. Pull a sold frag with a twist and a lift, color-code stock by finish, and ship frags on plugs that fit any standard rack once the locking ears are clipped off.
All five stock finishes ship the same week. Send a hex code, a Pantone or a link to a PETG filament you like, and we’ll make your rack in it, typically within 7–10 days.
No forms, no return-first requirement, no ticket queue. You paid for the standard — the support meets it too.
Something doesn't fit, doesn't work, or isn't right — we ship the replacement immediately. Sort out the old part after, if at all.
No bot triage, no ticket number to track. You reach someone who can actually resolve it, on the first message.
Approved replacements ship within one business day. Waiting to be taken care of isn't part of the experience.
Reef-safe is a claim. We treat it as a specification — verified per material, not assumed per category.
Every AquaVoxel part is developed against a real tank, not a rendering. Tolerances are measured, tested, and revised through multiple physical iterations before a design is considered final.
We disclose what's still in development rather than pad a catalog with parts we haven't finished proving out. The standard doesn't move for volume, and it doesn't move for convenience either.
One email when pricing and checkout go live. Nothing else.
